24-hour Cancellation Policy Your appointment is important to us at Salon Panache! We take time out of our day just for you and ask out of courtesy that if you must cancel or reschedule, please provide us with at least a 24 hour notice. This way our stylists can adjust their schedules and may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We understand that things come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. However, if these last minute cancellations or “No shows” become a habit, it will be up to the individual stylist whether or not they will accept further appointments with you.
Late/Tardy Policy If you are running a few minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate. We get it, things happen. However, when you are late, it affects the rest of your stylist’s day – delaying their clients who are on time. Clients have a 10 minute grace period. After those 10 minutes we will check in to see if you are on the way. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may have to forfeit part of your service to keep within the time scheduled for you.
Guarantee Products We want you to be satisfied with the products that you purchase. We will accept returns up to 14 days from purchase as long as at least 2/3 of the product is remaining. When you return a product it will go to store credit to use towards the stylist you bought the products from.
